Fried Rice!

Tonight’s dinner is a fried rice dish!
· 2 cups of all ready cooked brown rice (this was leftover from yesterday’s Chinese takeout)
· 1 cup of finely chopped portabella mushroom stems
· ¼ cup of sautéed onions
· 1 teaspoon of Trader Joe's Mushroom seasoning
· 1 tablespoon of Island Teriyaki
· 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
· ¼ teaspoon of Sriracha sauce
· 1 tablespoon of salt
· 1 tablespoon of olive oil

First, I heated a large skillet to medium heat. I added in the oil and waited until it simmered. I added in the mushrooms and let them cook until they started to smell yummy. I added in the rice and all the sauces and onions and let it cook for a minute or so to let it absorb all the flavors.
