Fried Buffalo Shrimp!

Today’s lunch is fried shrimp!

Here are the ingredients!
1 tablespoon of Buffalo Wing Dry sauce seasoning from Savory Spice Raleigh
1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp
3 eggs
1 cup of Kiss My Keto classic breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons of Frank’s Red Hot sauce
1 cup of garlic oil
First, I heated the oil on high heat in my large skillet. I used mt breading station and placed the eggs (beaten) in one, the breadcrumbs went in the middle one, and the sauce and the seasoning went in the last one.
I poured some warm water over the frozen shrimp to thaw them quickly and then dredged then in each station. I fried them for 1 minute a side and then let them cool on a large plate for a couple minutes before serving.
