For a dessert this weekend for my parent’s first visit back to Raleigh, I decided to make some dark chocolate and sea salt nut clusters! I tested this new recipe out on them for the holidays and they and my husband loved them! I used some different types of nuts from a company called Jaybee’s Nuts!
Check out their link below!

Here are the ingredients!
· 2 cups of macadamias
· 2 cups of raw pecans
· 2 cups of raw cashews
· 2 bags of Toll House Dark Chocolate Chop Morsels (20 oz.) total of chocolate
· 1 teaspoon of freshly and finely ground sea salt
First, I melted all the chocolate in a small saucepan on low heat. I added in all the nuts that I chopped into small pieces in my food processor and scooped them out in small spoonfuls to make bite sized cookies and then sprinkled the tops with the freshly ground salt.
I spaced all of the cookies out on some plastic wrap and waited for them to set up.
Once the cookies hardened I stacked them all on my cake plate to serve.
