Dak's Pork Chops and Pasta!

For my next Dak’s Spices recipe, I’m making some pork chops and some pasta!

Here are the ingredients! 


  • 1 bottle of Green Zest Dak’s Seasoning 

  • 9 thin bone-in pork chops- thawed and cut into small pieces 

  • 1 tablespoon of Dak’s Ranch seasoning- for the pasta sauce

  • 3 cloves f garlic chopped finely- for the pasta sauce 

  • 1 tablespoon of butter olive oil from Cape Fear Spice- for pasta sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of butter olive oil form Cape Fear Spice- for pasta water

  • 1 tablespoon of butter olive oil from Cape Fear Spice- for cooking pork chops 

  • 1 box of Barilla Spaghetti 





First, I heated a large pan and added in the olive oil on high heat. I cut up and de-boned the pork chops and tossed them in the skillet on hight heat and added in the whole bottle of the zest seasoning and cooked it for 5 minutes and then put it all on a plate to cool down.


In a large pasta pot, I added the water and salt and olive oil from Cape Fear Spice and added in the spaghetti when it reached a  boil. Once it cooked, I tossed with my pasta sauce that I made! 


In a medium sized pan, I added the ranch seasoning, the olive oil and the garlic cloves and cooked it on low until the pasta was done. I drained the pasta, tossed it with this sauce and served it with the pork.
