Curry Baked Chicken Thighs!

Today’s lunch is some baked chicken thighs with a curry seasoning from Atlantic Spice!

Here are the ingredients!

· 2 oz. of Curry Powder from Atlantic Spice

· 1 cup of white wine- I used Barefoot Pinot Grigio

· 4 bone-in, skin on chicken thighs

First, I poured the wine in my glass pie pan. I rubbed the curry powder all of the chicken and under the skin and placed them in the dish with the wine.

I baked them at 400 degrees for 1 hour and then broiled them for 5 minutes to get the skin crispy.
