Crock Pot Chicken Thighs!

Today’s lunch is some crock pot chicken thighs!

Here are the ingredients!
· 3 tablespoons of Paleo Powder All Purpose seasoning
· 1 tablespoon of Trader Joe's Mushroom seasoning
· 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
· 3 bone-in and skin on chicken thighs (1.25 lbs.)
· ¼ of a white onion- cut into slivers
· 3 whole cloves of peeled garlic
· 1 small green bell pepper- cut into chunks
· 3 tablespoons of butter
This chicken recipe is so easy! I added all of this to the crock pot and cooked it on high for 3 hours. I added some of the butter under the chicken skin and sprinkled the rest around the crock pot. I switched it to the brown/sauté feature for the last 15 minutes at 350 degrees to give it some more color.
I did not make a side for this because I did not want any leftovers.
