Today’s lunch is a creamy, herb pasta dish! I love vegetarian pasta dishes and it’s a cold, rainy day here so this is an easy dish to make when you want something filling.

Here are the ingredients!
· 1 box of Barilla Spaghetti
· 1 stick of salted butter
· 1 teaspoon of Paleo Powder All Purpose seasoning
· 1 tablespoon of the Mushroom seasoning from Trader Joe's
· 3 cloves of peeled and finely chopped garlic
· 1 tablespoon of salt- for the pasta water
· 1 tablespoon of olive oil- for the pasta water
· 1 tablespoon of Bench View Farms flour- for the sauce
To start, I filled a large pot with water and added the salt and olive oil. I set the heat to high and left to covered until it came to a boil. Once it did, I added in the pasta and cooked it for 10 minutes.
In a large pan, I added in the butter, the chopped garlic, and the seasonings. I let this simmer on low to make the sauce and whisked it together. I added in the flour to help thicken it. Once the pasta was done, I drained it with some tongs and tossed it with the sauce. Some of the pasta water ended up in the sauce when I drained it to help thicken it.
