Creamy Garlic Pasta!

Tonight’s dinner is a creamy garlic pasta dish and it’s vegan!

Here are the ingredients!

· 3 tablespoons of the original nutpods

· 3 large cloves of garlic- finely chopped

· 1 box of Barilla Bucanti

· 1 tablespoon of garlic salt

· 1 tablespoon of salt- for the pasts water

· 1 tablespoon of olive oil- for the pasta water





To start, I filled a small pasta pot filled with water and added in the salt and olive oil. I put it on high heat, and once it reached a boil, I added in the pasta and cooked it for 8 minutes.

In a large non stick skillet, I added in the chopped garlic, garlic salt, and nutpods and let it simmer together. I added in the flour to help thicken it.

Once the pasta was done, I drained it and added it straight to the sauce, and stirred it to coat all the noodles and served.
