Today’s lunch is a Citrus Pepper pasta dish! Here are the ingredients!
· 1 tablespoon of Savory Spice Citrus Pepper seasoning
· 1 tablespoon of garlic salt
· 3 tablespoons of oat nutpods
· 6 cloves of peeled and finely chopped garlic
· 1 box of Barilla Rigatoni
· 1 tablespoon of salt-for the pasta water
· 1 tablespoon of olive oil- for the pasta water

First, I set a large pot filled with water to boil on high heat. I added in the olive oil and salt and covered it so it would reach a boil faster.
In a large sauté pan, I added in the pepper seasoning, the oat nutpods, the garlic salt, and garlic. I whisked this together to make a sauce and let it simmer on low while I added the pasta to the water. I cooked it for 13 minutes, and then drained it, adding it immediately to the sauce. I stirred it to coat all the Rigatoni and then served.
