Chocolate Cake!

Today’s recipe is a dark chocolate cake!

Here are the ingredients!
1 3/4 cups all purpose gluten free flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups white granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of vegan egg substitute
1 cup of the original nutpods
1/2 cup vegetable oil, (125 ml)
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water (250 ml)
First, I preheated the oven to 350 degrees, then I lighted greased a 9 in round pan with vegan butter. I sifted together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt into a large bowl, then added the sugar, eggs, nutpods, oil, and vanilla. I whisked it together to get out all of the lumps and then poured the boiling water into the batter and mixed well. I poured the batter into a 9 inch metal cake pan and baked it for 30 minutes and removed it from the oven when the toothpick came out clean. I let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
