Today’s lunch is another chicken wing recipe!

Here are the ingredients!
1 quart of water- for the brine
3 tablespoons of salt- for the brine
3 pounds of chicken wings- ended up being 25 wings and drummets
1 tablespoon of basil oil
1 tablespoon of minced onion
3 tablespoons of lemon pepper
1 tablespoon of herbs de Provence
1 tablespoon of Greek Rub
1 tablespoon of Garlic Powder
First, I placed the water and salt in my large stockpot, added in the frozen chicken wings and let it brine for 1 hour on the counter to help thaw.
Then I placed the wings in a large bowl and patted them dry. I sprinkled all of the seasoning all over the chicken wings and drizzled the oil over the chicken. I covered the bowl and placed it counter for about an hour to help marinate.
When it was time to cook, I placed the chicken wings on a baking sheet with a wire rack so all of the sides got crispy. I baked them at 375 degrees for 1 hour and let them cool for about 5 minutes before serving. I didn’t make an extra side because I didn’t want leftovers.
