Chicken Lasagna Rolls!

Tonight’s dinner is some chicken lasagna rolls!

Here are the ingredients!

Noodles!

  • 3 quarts of water- for the noodles

  • 2 tablespoons of salt- for the noodles

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil- for the noodles

  • 1 box (12 ounces) of Good and Gather lasagna noodles

Pulled Chicken!

  • 3 boneless chicken breasts

For the rolls!

  • 2 jars of Good and Gather Roasted Garlic Pasta sauce- one for inside the rolls, one for on top

  • 2 tabelspoons of garlic powder

  • 1 ounce of garlic sauce

  • 2 tablespoons of Williams Sonoma Whats Gaby Cooking Taste Like Pizza seasoning

  • 2 bags (8 ounces each of shredded mozzarella

First, I filled a large pot with water and added in the salt and olive oil. I covered it, turned the heat to high and once it was boiling, I added in the noodles and cooked them for 10 minutes.

Once the noodles were done, I carefully drained them and placed them on a plate to let them cool. I used the same water from the noodles because it was all ready hot. I placed all of the chicken breasts in the water and boiled them for about 10 minutes.

Once the chicken was shreddable, I placed it all on a large cutting board and shredded it with a large fork and then placed it all in a large bowl. I added in 1 jar of sauce, the garlic powder, the garlic sauce, and the pizza seasoning and stirred it together. I placed the noodles in the glass dish which I had lined with foil and sprayed with nonstick spray. I placed 2 spoonfuls of chicken in each lasagna piece and rolled them up and lined them up in the pan.

Once the rolls were made, I poured the other jar of sauce all over the top and sprinkled the 2 bags of cheese over the top. I had 3 noodles left over so I just placed them on top and then put the sauce and cheese on top.

I baked it at 400 degrees for 1 hour and let it stand for about 10 minutes before serving.
