Chicken and Rice!

Tonight’s dinner is boiled chicken and rice!
• 5 large chicken breasts
• 1 tablespoon of salt
• 1 pound of white rice- all ready cooked- for side
• 4 whole sprigs of rosemary
• 2 tablespoons of Trader Joes Mushroom seasoning
• 3 whole cloves of garlic
• 1 quart of water

I all ready had the rice made. It was frozen, so I set it aside to thaw while I cooked. I filled my large pot with water and added in the chicken. It was frozen solid so this was the easiest way to cook it. I added in the salt, the whole sprigs of rosemary, the mushroom seasoning and the peeled and slightly mashed garlic cloves.
Once it reached a roaring boil, I covered it and let it cook on high heat for I hour.
Once it was done, I fished the chicken out of the pot and served it with the rice.
