Buttermilk Ranch Chicken Wings!

Tonight’s dinner is some buttermilk ranch chicken wings!

Here are the ingredients!
1 quart of water- for the brine
3 tablespoons of salt- for the brine
3 pounds of chicken wings
1 pouch of Hidden Valley Buttermilk Ranch Chicken seasoning
1 tablespoon of garlic oil
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of minced onion
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of onion powder
First, I placed the water and salt in a large bowl, added in the frozen chicken wings and let it brine for 1 hour on the counter to help thaw. They were still a little frozen when they were done brining so I ran each wings under hot water to speed up the process.
Then I placed the wings on a large plate and patted them dry. I sprinkled all of the seasoning all over the chicken wings and drizzled the garlic oil over the chicken. I placed all of the chicken wings on a baking sheet with a wire rack so all of the sides got crispy.
I baked them at 375 degrees for 1 hour and let them cool for about 5 minutes before serving. I didn’t make an extra side because I didn’t want leftovers.
