Bohemian Forest Seasoned Pasta!

Today’s lunch is another vegan pasta dish! Here are the ingredients!

· 1 tablespoon of Bohemian Forest Seasoning- from Savory Spice

· 1 tablespoon of Sal Marinho Com Ervas seasoning

· 5 tablespoons of nutpods oat creamer

· 1 clove of finely chopped garlic

· 1 tablespoon of salt- for the pasta water

· 1 tablespoon of olive oil-for the pasta water

· 1 box of Barilla Collezione Bucatini pasta










First, I filled a large pot with water and added in the salt and olive oil. I covered it and let it come to a boil. I them added in the pasta and cooked it for 8 minutes.

In a large saucepan, I added in the other 2 seasonings, the oat creamer, and the garlic. I let this simmer together on low while I waited for the pasta to cook. Once the water reached a roaring boil, I added in the pasta and cooked it for 8 minutes. Once it was done, I just used tongs to remove it from the water and added it straight into the sauce. I stirred it all together and let the pasta simmer in the sauce for a minute to absorb all the flavors and then served.
