BBQ Ribs!

Today’s lunch is a rack of ribs!

Here are the ingredients!
1 (2.2 lb.) baby back rack of ribs
3 tablespoons oil B’s Rubs Smoked Rub Hickory Garlic Chipotle seasoning
1/4 cup of Bourbon Barrel Foods BBQ sauce
I basted the ribs with the sauce and sprinkled the seasoning all over them. I wrapped them tightly in foil and baked them at 250 for 3 hours on a large metal baking sheet. I basted them again with the sauce and cooked them the remaining 50 minutes unwrapped. I broiled them for 1 minute to get some more color on them.
When they were done, I let them cool for about 10 minutes and then served.
