BBQ Pork Chops!

Today’s lunch is some BBQ pork chops! Since the pork chops were frozen, I put them in the fridge over night for them to thaw. I made up this marinade this morning and mixed it all together in the Ziploc they were frozen in so it would marinate all morning.

Here are the ingredients!
• ¼ cup of B’s Rubs Big Time BBQ seasoning
• ¼ cup of B.T. Leigh’s Somethin’ Somethin’ BBQ sauce
• 3 boneless pork chops
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil- for cooking
After they chilled in the fridge all morning, I heated up a large pan and added in the olive oil. I set the heat to high and added in the pork chops. I seared them on each side for 2 minutes and then served.
