I don’t even remember the last time I made ribs and these were so easy to make! On Sunday afternoon, I patted the ribs dry after I took them out of the package, seasoned the ribs with the rub and drizzled the sauce over them. I wrapped them tightly in foil, placed them on a baking sheet, and let them chill in the fridge for about 24 hours to marinate in all of the yummy BBQ flavors.

I took them out and placed them on the counter for 30 minutes to get to room temperature.

When it was time to cook, I baked them at 250 degrees for 3 hours. Then I basted them with some fresh sauce and cooked them for another 30 minutes with the foil opened. At the end of the 30 minutes, I basted them again with the sauce and then cooked them for another 30 minutes and then served.

I wanted these done by 5:00 so I put them in at 2:00 so they would be ready in time.

Once they were done, I removed them from the oven and let them stand for about 10 minutes before serving. I did not make a side for this because I did not want tons of leftovers.
