Tonight’s meal is a baked stuffed pork chop recipe! Here are the ingredients!
• 4 thin pork chops
• 1 quarter of a large yellow onion- cut into thin slivers
• 5 cloves of peeled and finely chopped garlic
• 1 tablespoon of Weber Kicken Chicken seasoning
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
• 2 tablespoons of flour
• 1 egg
• 1 cup of bread crumbs

I preheated the oven to 400 degrees. I coated the pork chops with the seasoning and olive oil, and coated them with the flour. I stuffed the onion and garlic mixture into them and used toothpick to hold them together.
I dunked them into the egg wash and then into the breadcrumb mixture. I had some extra onions so I just added them around the pork chops in the baking dish.
I put them on a medium sized pie dish that I sprayed with Pam and baked them for 20 minutes.
I broiled them at 500 degrees for a minute to give it some more color.
I paired this with some Uncle Ben’s Garden Vegetable Rice.
