Baked Spinach!

Today’s first recipe is the spinach side for both of these dishes that will be up later!

Here are the ingredients!
· 1 tablespoon of Dak’s Everything blend
· 1 teaspoon of salt
· 3 cloves of garlic-peeled and chopped finely
· 1 large green bell pepper- chopped finely
· ½ of a large white onion- chopped finely
· 1 bag of thawed spinach (12 ounces)
· 2 eggs
· ¼ cup of melted salted butter
· non-stick spray
First, I melted the butter and added it to a large bowl. I added in the spinach salt, Dak’s seasoning, and the garlic and mixed it all together. I finely chopped the pepper and onion and mixed it in as well.
I baked it at 450 for 15 minutes then broiled it at 500 degrees for 5 minutes. I let it chill on the counter for about a hour before I chilled it for later.
