Baked Shrimp in a Vodka Sauce!

The first recipe for this week is baked shrimp in a vodka sauce!

Here are the ingredients!


¼ pound of shrimp-thawed out, peeled, and deveined

1 cup of Bertolli vodka sauce

1 tablespoon of Lawry’s seasoned salt

1/2 teaspoon of McCormick crushed red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning


I set the oven to 400 degrees. To thaw the shrimp fast, I poured boiling water over them and then peeled them. All of these shrimp were in a big metal bowl.

Once they were peeled and de-veined, I put all of them a small casserole dish. I seasoned them with all the seasonings and mixed in the vodka sauce.

I baked these for 20 minutes, and then let them cool before I put them in some containers.

It was so yummy! Enjoy!
