Baked Rigatoni!

Today’s recipe is a baked rigatoni dish with some new Williams Sonoma seasoning that I just bought!

Here are the ingredients!

· 1 box of Mezzi Rigatoni

· ½ cup of Mexican 4 cheese blend

· 1 jar of marinara sauce ( 24 oz.)

· ½ of a fresh tomato- cut into small pieces

· ½ ounce of hot sauce

· 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic

· 2 tablespoons of Williams Sonoma Taste Like Pizza seasoning

· 1 tablespoon of salt- for the pasta water

· 1 tablespoon of olive oil- for the pasta water

To start with, I filled a large pot with water and added in the salt and olive oil. I set the heat to high and covered it. Once it reached a boil, I added in the rigatoni and cooked it for 11 minutes, stirring occasionally. I lined a small metal pan with foil and sprayed it with non-stick spray then added in the cooked pasta.

In a large prep bowl, I added in the sauce, the freshly chopped tomato, the hot sauce, the peeled and finely chopped garlic and the pizza seasoning. I mixed this together and poured it over the pasta. I sprinkled the cheese over the top

I baked it 350 degrees for 20 minutes and then served.
