Baked Rigatoni!

Tonight’s dinner is some baked rigatoni!

Here are the ingredients!
· 1 tablespoon of the Dak’s Italian Blast seasoning
· 1 Happy Belly jar of meat flavored pasta sauce ( 24 oz.)
· 1 bag (8 oz.) Happy Belly shredded pizza blend four cheese
· 3 tablespoons of crème cheese
· 4 large cloves of peeled and chopped garlic
· 1 box (1 lb.) of Barilla Rigatoni
· 1 tablespoon of salt- for the pasta water
· 1 tablespoon of olive oil- for the pasta water
· Pam or non- stick spray
First, I preheated the oven to 400 degrees. Then I filled a large pot with water and added in the salt and olive oil. I covered it, set the heat to high, and once it reached a roaring boil, I added in the pasta and cooked it for 12 minutes.
While I waited for the pasta to cook, I lined an 8X11 glass dish with foil and sprayed it with Pam.
In a medium sized metal bowl, I mixed together the seasoning, the crème cheese, the chopped garlic, and the sauce.
Once the pasta was done, I drained it with my large pasta scoop and added it straight to the glass dish and poured the sauce over it. I sprinkled the cheese over it to coat the top.
I baked it at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, let it cool for about 5 minutes and then served.
