Baked Pork Tenderloin!

Tonight’s dinner is baked pork tenderloin with some new spice from B’s Rubs!

Here are the ingredients!
· 2 tablespoons of the Smoked Rub Honey Garlic Chipotle seasoning from B’s Rubs
· 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
· 2 cloves of garlic- cut into thin pieces
· 1 tablespoon of olive oil
· 1 Hormel original pork tenderloin (1.15 lb.)
First, I preheated the oven to 400 degrees. I made 5 slices in the pork tenderloin and shoved the sliced garlic cloves in the slices. I drizzled the olive oil on it and spread the mustard all over the pork. I sprinkled the rub all over it and baked it on a baking sheet.
I baked it for 30 minutes and let it stand for about 10 minutes before I cut it into slices. I served it with a side of all ready prepared mashed potatoes.
