Baked Pork Chops with Spinach and Onions!

Tonight’s dinner is some roasted pork chops with a creamy onion and spinach side made with some original oat creamer from nutpods!

Here are the ingredients!
· 1/4 cup of the original oat creamer from nutpods
· 2 thin bone-in pork chops
· 1 bag (8 oz.) of fresh spinach
· ½ half of a yellow onion- chopped finely
· 2 green onions- chopped finely
· 3 cloves of finely chopped garlic
· 2 teaspoons of freshly ground sea salt
· 2 teaspoons of freshly ground black pepper
I put the spinach in small glass pie dish and added in the nutpods. I added in the garlic, onion, and spinach, and placed the pork chops on top. I sprinkled the salt and pepper on all sides of the pork chops.
I baked them at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, then broiled it for 1 minute to give the pork some color.
I just served the spinach and onion that baked with the pork as the side and did not make another side.
