Baked Pork Chops!

Today’s lunch is some baked pork chops!

Here are the ingredients!
· 4 bone in pork loin chops
· 2 tablespoons of Dak’s Italian Blast seasoning
· 2 tablespoons of freshly ground sea salt
· 2 cups of Barefoot Pinot Grigio
To start, I preheated the oven to 450 degrees. I placed the pork chops on a large baking sheet and sprinkled all sides with the Italian seasoning and salt. I poured the 2 cups of wine around them.
I baked them for 15 minutes, then broiled them for 1 minute at 500 degrees to give them some color, and then let them stand for about 3 minutes before serving. I made a salad to go with it.
