Baked Pork Chops!

Tonight’s dinner is a baked pork chop recipe!
Here are the ingredients!
• 2 tablespoons of the Hickory Smoked Sea Salt- from Savory Spice
• 2 cloves of peeled and finely chopped garlic
• 1 tablespoon of freshly ground black pepper
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 4 boneless pork chops

This dish is super easy! I set the oven to 400 degrees. I put all the pork chops in a small baking dish and drizzled the olive oil over both sides. I sprinkled the salt and pepper over both sides and rubbed the garlic over both sides of the pork. I baked them for 15 minutes, broiled them for 2 minutes to give them more color, and then let them stand for a couple minutes before I chilled them in the fridge for dinner.
