Baked Citrus Pepper Chicken!

A baked chicken recipe is today’s meal on this snow day!
Here are the ingredients!
• 3 chicken breasts
• 2 tablespoons of the Citrus Pepper seasoning- from Savory Spice
• 2 tablespoons of McCormick Lemon Pepper seasoning
• 2 tablespoons of McCormick garlic salt
• 1 stick of salted butter
• 1 cup of Barefoot Pinot Grigio
• 10 cloves of peeled and finely chopped garlic
• 1 large yellow onion peeled and chopped into slivers

This dish is so easy and delicious!
First, I brined the chicken breasts. I added a handful of salt to a large bowl of water and added in the chicken. I covered it tightly with foil and then them hang out in the brine for 30 minutes.
Now onto the cooking part! I chopped up the garlic and onion. Then I seasoned the chicken with the garlic salt, lemon pepper seasoning, and the Citrus Pepper seasoning. I put the chicken in a large casserole dish and added in the garlic and onion around it. I cut up a stick of butter and placed the cubes of butter on top of the chicken. I added in the wine around the chicken and covered the dish tightly with foil.
I baked it at 450 degrees for 45 minutes. When it was done, I cut each chicken breast in half and then cooked it for another 20 minutes uncovered.
I broiled the chicken at 500 degrees for 5 min to give it some color.
