Today’s lunch is some baked wings with seasonings from my trip to Asheville back in May! I always have to go to the Spice and Tea Exchange wherever I am and here is the link to the store: https://www.spiceandtea.com/asheville

Here are in ingredients!
3 pounds of frozen chicken wings
2 quarts of water
2 tablespoons of salt
1 pouch of Vik’s Garlic Fix- from the Spice and Tea Exchange
1 pouch of Onion Obsession Spice Blend- form the Spice and Tea Exchange
First, I filled a large pot with the water and salt and added in the frozen wings. I set it on the stove with the heat on high and the lid covering it. I let it come to a boil to help thaw the wings and boiled them for about 10 minutes.
When they were done, I drained the wings the my large spoon and placed them all on a large baking sheet covered with foil. I sprinkled the 2 seasonings all over them and then baked them at 375 degrees for an hour, broiled them for 3 minutes at 500 degrees and then served. I froze the leftover bones in a ziploc bag to keep for stock this winter.
