Baked Chicken Thighs!

Today’s lunch is baked chicken thighs!
• 4 bone in- skin on chicken thighs
• 4 tablespoons of Riley’s Griller’s Garlic Rub
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil

I wanted these to marinate for a bit, so I prepped them around 7:30 this morning. I rinsed the chicken and patted them dry. I put them all in a glass container and drizzled the rub and olive oil all over them. I sealed it tightly with its lid and let them marinate for about 3 hours.
When it was lunch time, I bake them at 425 degrees for 45 minutes. I let them stand for about 10 minutes to let the juices redistribute and then served.
