Baked Chicken Legs!

Today's lunch is baked chicken legs!





Here are the ingredients!


· 3 tablespoons of Dak’s Nothin’ But Ranch seasoning

· 9 chicken drumsticks

· 5 cloves of peeled and finely chopped garlic

· 1 cup of chicken broth

· 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary

· 1 bunch of green onions



To start, I moved the chicken from the freezer to the fridge last night to help them thaw.


I peeled and chopped the garlic cloves and rubbed a little under the skin of each chicken leg. I seasoned all sides of the chicken legs with the ranch seasoning and placed them all in a large glass casserole dish. I poured the chicken broth around it and added in the garlic cloves, the chopped green onions, and whole sprigs of rosemary around the chicken.


I baked them at 400 degrees for 45 minutes and then rotated them during the last 12 minutes so the other side would get crispy and one side would get to simmer in the chicken broth. When the timer dinged, I broiled them at 500 degrees for 2 minutes to make them even crispier and then served. I did not make a side because the chicken was just for me.
