Baked Chicken Legs!

Tonight’s dinner is baked chicken legs!

Here are the ingredients!
· 3 tablespoons of B’s Rubs Big Squeeze Lemon Pepper seasoning
· 8 chicken drumsticks
· 4 tablespoons of olive oil
· 5 cloves of peeled and finely chopped garlic
· 4 tablespoons of olive oil and sea salt butter
To start, I let the chicken set out on the counter for about 30 minutes to reach room temperature.
I peeled and chopped the garlic cloves and rubbed a little under the skin of each chicken leg. I put a dab on butter under the skin of each one and drizzled the olive oil over all of them. I sprinkled the lemon pepper seasoning on all sides.
I baked them at 425 degrees for 45 minutes. I did not make a side for this so I just gave us each 4 legs so there would not be any leftovers. I let them stand for about 5 minutes to cool before serving.
