Baked Chicken!

Today’s lunch is some baked chicken!

Here are the ingredients!

· 3 large boneless and skinless chicken breasts

· 3 tablespoons of B’s Rubs Big Time BBQ

· 1 jar of marina sauce

· 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes

· 1 box of rigatoni

· 1 tablespoon of salt- for the pasta water

· 1 tablespoon of olive oil- for the pasta water

First, I set all the chicken in the sink with some hot water to help it thaw. I left them in the large plastic bag that they came in. About an hour later they were thawed so I patted them dry, sprinkled the BBQ seasoning all over the chicken, and placed the on a small baking sheet. I baked them at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

I made a side of Rigatoni and a jar of red sauce to go with the chicken. I filled a large pot with water and added in the salt and olive oil. I set the heat to high and covered it. Once it reached a boil, I added in the pasta and cooked it for 10 minutes. Once it was cooked, I tossed it with the red sauce, sprinkled in the red pepper flakes for some heat, gave it a toss, and served it with the chicken.
