Baked Chicken!

This week’s lunches is some baked chicken cutlets seasoned with some spicy garlic rub from Gnarly Garlic and roasted vegetables!

Here are the ingredients!
· 1 large boneless and skinless chicken breast
· 1 teaspoon of the Hot and Gnarly Garlic Rub
· ¼ of a white onion-cut into chunks
To start, I preheated the oven to 400 degrees. I sliced the chicken into thin pieces. I spread them out on a cookie sheet and sprinkled the Garlic Rub on all sides, and added the onion around them. I didn’t add the seasoning to the onion because I did not want it to be overpowering.
I baked them for 25 minutes and let them stand for 10. I removed the chicken from the try and boxed it up and then broiled the onions at 500 degrees for a minute to crisp them up and then added it with the chicken.
I did not make a side for this dish.
