This morning I’m going to make several different chicken breasts each with a different flavor! Since all of these are for my husband’s lunches for this week, I wanted to vary the flavors. All of these spices came from Savory Spice here in Raleigh!
Here are the ingredients!
• 2 large chicken breasts-cut in half long ways, and pounded thin with a mallet
• 1 piece gets 1 tablespoon of the Citrus Pepper Seasoning and 1 tablespoon of salt
• 1 pieces gets 1 tablespoon of the Parmesan Pesto Sprinkle
• 1 pieces gets 1 tablespoon of the Cajun Blackening seasoning and a tablespoon of salt
• 1 piece gets 1 tablespoon of the Hickory Smoked Sea Salt
• 8 finely chopped cloves of garlic
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil- this was all the olive oil that I used on all the chicken
• 3 tablespoons of butter

I seasoned each one of these in a different bowl, drizzled the olive oil over them, and then laid them all out in the glass dish, and then sprinkled the garlic over them. I added the butter over all the chicken to help keep it moist.
I covered the large glass dish with foil and then baked it at 400 for 30 minutes.
I let the chicken stand for about 10 minutes before I packaged them. For the side, I made a bag of the Bird’s Eye Steam fresh mixed vegetables and split it between the chicken breasts.
