Baked Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Breasts!

Tonight’s dinner is baked chicken breasts!





Here are the ingredients!

  • 3 large boneless chicken breasts

  • 1 packet of Classic Buffalo Wing seasoning (1 ounce)

  • 1 jar of tomato basil sauce (19 ounces)

  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

  • 3 cheese mozzarella cheese sticks- pulled apart

  • 3 tablespoons of salt for the brine

  • 3 cups of water for the brine

  • 2 packets of Uncle Ben’s white rice

First, I removed the chicken from the freezer and filled the plastic bag that came in with water and the salt. I let this brine and thaw in the sink for 1.5 hours. When it was done, I patted the chicken dry and placed them in my 9X13 glass casserole dish. I sprinkled the buffalo seasoning all over them and used my hands to make sure it was all coated. I pulled the cheese sticks apart and sprinkled the shreds all over the top of the chicken, using 1 whole cheese stick per chicken breast.

I poured the tomato sauce all over the chidden and sprinkled the cheese over the top.

I baked it for 1 hour at 375 degrees uncovered on the top wrack.


When it was done, I made 2 packets of Uncle Ben’s rice in the microwave and served it with the chicken.
