Step 1: First, I microwaved all of the dark chocolate. It only took 30 seconds because I only wanted it barely melted. I poured the chocolate in the molds, coating the sides completely and poured out the remaining chocolate back into the bowl. The mold should be coated, not filled, about the thickness of a quarter.

Step 2: I chilled the chocolate mold, removed the dome and repeated the step. I refrigerated the mold for 5-10 minutes and the chocolate was firm. Once set, I popped them out of the mold and placed them in the fridge. I repeated these steps to get 8 domes of chocolate. The leftover chocolate is for decorating the bombs and for sealing.

Step 3: In a mixing bowl, I aded the cocoa powder, powdered sugar, milk powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and the cinnamon and cayenne mix and whisked it together. Then I added the marshmallows and stirred it together.

Step 4: For the bomb assembly, I used the cupcake tray as stand and laid out 4 of the bases. I used a spoon and filled the chocolate hemispheres to the top with the dry cocoa mix and added some marshmallows.

Step 5: To seal the bombs, I dipped the rim of an empty dome in the remaining melted chocolate and set onto the base that was filled with the cocoa mix. I used mat finger to smooth out any holes and let it sit until the chocolate was firm. I placed it in the fridge for a few minutes and used the remaining chocolate as a drizzle on top for some decoration.

When it was time to enjoy the bombs, I placed the bomb in a mug and poured hot milk over it, stirring it together to help the bomb melt.
