Ribs!

Today's lunch is some ribs!

Here are the ingredients!
2 racks (2.2 lbs. each ) of pork baby back ribs
2 tablespoons of garlic powder
1/3 cup of rice vinegar
1/3 cup of BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons of Big Time BBQ Rub from B’s Rubs
First, I cut each rack in half and placed them (2 pieces each) in large glass dishes. I drizzled the vinegar and sauce over all of the ribs and sprinkled the garlic powder and rub all over them.
I baked them at 250 for 3 hours. I did not wrap these in foil because I waned to get more color on top.
