Ribs!

Tonight’s dinner is some ribs!

ree

Here are the ingredients!

  • 1 rack (2.2 lbs.) of pork baby back ribs

  • 2 tablespoons of garlic powder

  • 1/3 cup of rice vinegar

  • 4 tablespoons of soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar- for broiling

  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce- for broiling

I sprinkled the garlic powder all over the ribs and drizzled the rice vinegar and soy sauce over them. I wrapped them tightly in foil and placed them on a large baking sheet. I baked them at 250 for 4 hours. Once they were done, I drizzled the other tablespoon of soy sauce and the tablespoon of rice vinegar over them and broiled them for 3 minutes with the foil opened to give them some color and then served.
